Altify Partners with Didit to Strengthen Investor Onboarding and Screening
The integration supports onboarding and ongoing compliance, checking each account against sanctions and watchlist sources as it's opened and over time.

Every regulated investment platform lives with the same trade-off: verify thoroughly enough to satisfy regulators, and quickly enough that investors don't abandon the process halfway through.
Altify, the South African digital asset investment platform, has integrated Didit's identity and fraud checks, covering both retail and institutional investors. Altify serves both ends of the market, from first-time retail investors buying a Crypto Bundle through the app to institutional counterparties trading OTC. The two have very different risk profiles and onboarding expectations, and until now that has usually meant running two separate compliance stacks. The Didit integration collapses them into one.

Sean Sanders, CEO and Founder of Altify, said: “Running two compliance stacks is how most platforms end up serving one market properly and the other badly. A first-time investor buying a Crypto Bundle and a desk trading OTC need the same standard applied, just not the same experience getting there. One system that understands the difference is worth more than two that don't effectively communicate to each other.”
Alberto Rosas, CEO and Co-Founder at Didit, said: "Every extra check is friction and every skipped check is exposure. Altify picked the stricter liveness challenge and still onboards investors in minutes. Getting that trade-off right is the whole job."
