How It Works

Step 1: Connect Your Didit Account

Add your API Key from the Didit Console (API & Webhooks section) to Zapier. One connection works across all your Zaps.

Step 2: Choose Your Trigger

Start a verification from virtually anything:

• A Google Forms submission

Step 3: Configure the Didit Action

Two actions are available:

• Create Verification Session: Specify your Workflow ID and pass user data (email, user ID). Didit returns a verification_url you can send to the user via email, SMS, or any channel.
• Retrieve Session: Query any session_id to get full verification results — document data, biometric scores, AML matches, and final status.

Step 4: Route the Results
