Referral Program Terms

Updated: August 24, 2026

On this page

These Referral Program Terms (the "Program Terms") govern the Didit Referral Program (the "Program"), under which an organization with a Didit business account (the "Referrer") can earn a commission on cash deposits made by organizations it refers to Didit. The Program is operated by the Didit entities identified in the Business Terms ("Didit", "we", "us").

By accepting these Program Terms in the Didit Business Console, you enroll your organization in the Program. Acceptance is recorded against a specific version of these Program Terms (the current version is 2026-08-v1); if we publish a new version you will be asked to accept it again before continuing in the Program.

1. Enrollment and eligibility

Participation is open to organizations with an active Didit business account in good standing. A user with permission to manage the organization's subscription must accept these Program Terms in the Business Console; on acceptance the organization receives a personal referral code and a shareable sign-up link.

We may decline, suspend, or remove any organization from the Program where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Program Terms or of the Business Terms.

Your referral code is embedded in a sign-up link of the form `business.didit.me/sign-up?ref=YOUR-CODE`. An organization is attributed to you as a referral when it signs up with Didit through your link or by entering your code during account creation.

Attribution is determined at sign-up and recorded by Didit. An attributed organization becomes an active referral when it makes its first qualifying cash deposit. Didit's records are the sole basis for determining attribution; retroactive attribution requests are reviewed case by case and may be granted at Didit's discretion.

3. Commission

You earn a commission equal to 10% of each qualifying cash deposit a referred organization makes during its commission window. The applied rate is snapshotted on each commission at the time it accrues; a later change to the Program rate does not rewrite commissions already earned.

The commission window runs for 36 months from the referred organization's first qualifying deposit. Deposits made after the window closes do not accrue commission.

4. Qualifying deposits

A qualifying deposit is a cash payment the referred organization makes to Didit to fund its self-serve account balance. The following do not qualify and never accrue commission:

  • promotional, bonus, or goodwill credit issued by Didit;
  • referral commission converted into balance credit (yours or anyone else's);
  • amounts invoiced under a negotiated enterprise or contract billing arrangement;
  • deposits made outside the referred organization's commission window; and
  • deposits that are subsequently refunded, reversed, or subject to a payment dispute (see Section 7).

5. Maturation, balances, and reporting

Each commission is held for a 30-day maturation period from the date of the underlying deposit. During the hold it is shown as pending; once matured it becomes available and can be used. The Business Console shows your full ledger: totals earned, pending, available, converted to credit, and paid out, together with each referred organization and each payout.

6. Using your earnings

Matured earnings can be used in two ways:

  • Conversion to Didit balance credit. Any available amount can be converted into credit on your Didit account balance. Conversions above USD 1,000 require review by Didit staff before the credit is applied.
  • Bank payout. You can request a bank transfer of available earnings, subject to a minimum of USD 50 per request. Bank payouts are settled against a self-billing invoice prepared by Didit and are subject to confirmation by our finance team. You must provide accurate payment details; we may withhold settlement until reasonable verification (including tax and beneficial-ownership information) is complete.

All amounts are denominated in USD. Earnings are not transferable and have no cash value outside the mechanisms described here.

7. Clawbacks, voided referrals, and freezes

If a deposit that accrued commission is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding commission is deducted from your balance (a "clawback"), including from earnings that had already matured.

Didit may void a referral - stopping further accrual and freezing all unpaid earnings from it - where the referral resulted from fraud, self-referral, misrepresentation, or another breach of these Program Terms. Amounts already paid out in breach of these Program Terms are repayable on demand.

8. Self-referral and prohibited conduct

The Program rewards genuine introductions. The following are prohibited:

  • Self-referral: referring an organization operated by the same people or the same legal entity as the Referrer, in any form.
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Didit, making commitments on Didit's behalf, or presenting yourself as Didit's agent or employee.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk promotion, or placing your referral link where it misleads users about its nature.
  • Any scheme designed to generate commission rather than genuine customer relationships (including circular deposits or coordinated sign-ups).

Referrals that share infrastructure, staff, or contact details with the Referrer may be placed under review before any commission is released.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, levies, and reporting obligations arising from amounts you earn under the Program. Where required by law, Didit may withhold from payouts or require tax documentation before settling.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change these Program Terms, the commission rate, the commission window, or any other Program parameter, and may suspend or terminate the Program, at any time. Changes apply prospectively: commissions already accrued keep the rate and terms under which they accrued. If the Program is terminated, matured earnings remain usable under Section 6 for at least 90 days after termination.

You can leave the Program at any time by contacting us; leaving stops future accrual but does not forfeit matured earnings.

11. Relationship to other terms

These Program Terms supplement the Business Terms, which continue to govern your use of Didit's services. In case of conflict, these Program Terms prevail for the Program only. Didit's decisions on attribution, qualification, and commission calculation are based on its records and are final, absent manifest error.
